RETURNS

At Mansfield Menswear we aim to make you happy. Should you however have received a faulty or damaged item, we are happy to replace it.
Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that we are not able to accept returns on change of mind.

You have 14 days from date of purchase to return your damaged or faulty item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have its tag attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund underwear, pierced earrings or swimwear.
Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement of your item will be posted out to you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mansfieldmenswear.com.au or call us on 03 5775 2932 and send your item to: 35 High Street, Mansfield, VIC, 3722, Australia.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 35 High Street, Mansfield, VIC, 3722, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
